Do I need to be a registered company to become a partner?
No, not for the Referral Partner tier — individuals can start referring immediately. City Partner and Master Franchise tiers, which involve implementation fees and territory exclusivity, require business registration as part of certification.
How is commission paid, and when?
Commission is calculated on the subscription value your client pays EZCRM and is paid out monthly for active, paying clients, for as long as they remain subscribed — not just on the first invoice.
Is there a minimum number of clients I need to bring in?
No minimum to join as a Referral Partner. City Partner and Master Franchise applications are evaluated based on your existing client base and go-to-market plan for the territory, since those tiers come with exclusivity.
What’s the difference between this program and EZCRM’s “Command” plans?
The Channel Partner Program is a commission-based reseller relationship — you sell EZCRM under our brand and earn recurring commission. Can I upgrade from Referral Partner to City Partner later?
